Biography
Sarah is a psychotherapist, specialising in hypnosis and life coaching.
Sarah has had a varied career in mental health; working with Barnardos (children’s mental health charity), adult mental health charities and within the NHS. Her career has included working with children with emotional and behavioural problems, as a mental health support worker and in court as a forensic mental health practitioner.
She has also engaged with the following volunteer positions:

Samaritans- Using active-listening skills to support people who feel life is no longer worth living.

Crisis- working with the homeless people in shelters in London.

Psycare- supporting people having psychedelic experiences and keeping them safe at festivals.

Circles- Working with people convicted of sex offences, supporting them to make sense of their trauma and managing their offending thoughts.
Sarah uses a holistic and integrative approach to therapy and coaching and has been trained in the following disciplines:
Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Ericksonion hypnosis, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Hypno-birthing, Jungian approach, FLASH technique, Family-Constellations, Focusing, Shamanic counselling, Life Coaching and meditation.
